Self-motivation plays a vital role in everyone’s life. When we feel low or nervous or wound up self-motivation comes to the rescue. We need to motivate ourselves in every walk of life. I tried to explain in-depth to better acquiring the concept. How self-motivation leads to success follows up a process of self-assessment or self-analysis. Before moving forward let’s know the meaning of motivation.
Let’s know what motivation means. It is the word derived from the Latin term ‘movere’ which means to move. Motivation is also derived from the word ‘motive’ which means desires, needs, wants, or drives within the individuals. Motivation is defined as stimulating, inspiring, and inducing the employees to perform to their best capacity.
When I wrote my first blog on Gratitude got many positive revives. I was thinking my second blog also impact my readers. My blog visitor should gain good knowledge to feel positive. What is Self-motivation?
Self-motivation is a very simple term, manifests the ability to do something in our life without anyone’s help. It can be said that self-motivation is a ventilator of the closed room that allows the air to pass on that helps to breathe. It also remained there is always a way to achieve things you desire.
Self-motivation is a desire to achieve that which you believe to be worthwhile. Everybody needed the motivation of some kind to fulfill the things they need in their life, to make their life better; above all to make their life meaningful. Self-motivation is a positive attitude that will help us to excel in life.
Because life without self-motivation is like a garden without flowers
To stay motivated, we have to have a goal and be driven towards achieving that goal. Motivation is a very powerful tool that helps us to achieve our goals. The ability to motivate you is an important skill. Most importantly is being self-motivated not only helps you aiming at your goals and objectives but also leads you to achieve them successfully.
However without motivation, anyone feels low or down, therefore motivation plays a major role. We need to set our goals. When our goals are very clear we start working on it. We try harder to achieve our goals physically and mentally. Everyone uses different tools to motivate us to achieve our goals. The main goal right now is to work towards finishing my blog as early as possible.

Whenever I feel upset I analyze the situation and try to see some positive aspects in that particular situation. However, when we start thinking about a positive aspect we get more energy to focus on our goal.

Money and Rewards other vital factor that motivates a lot. Some people are motivated by helping others. Some people are motivated by the desire to be the Best. Recognition also helps to motivate, many people love to be recognized by others in their work field. Different people have different passions, which motivate them to achieve their goals.
Motivation plays a vital role in our life because when someone motivates us. we get a lot of energy, power, self-confidence to complete our work. Motivation is like magic to someone’s life. Absents of motivation are like life is without food and water.

Simply people get motivated to external rewards such as money, fame, grades, and praise.

It is based on personal interest. Where we engage in an activity solely because we enjoy it and get personal satisfaction from it. Example writing poem, painting, dancing, singing, etc
3. Introjected Motivation:
People get motivated not because he or she wants to but because he fears not to out of a sense of obligation. However, the main cause of motivation here is guilt, worry, or shame.
4. Identified Motivation:
Under this person knows that something needs to do but has not decided to do anything about it.
Example: Survival needs (food, shelter, clothing), Accomplishment (school, career, sports, etc.)
How do I find self-motivation?

Around your work area things that give you that initial spark to get going.

1. Start your day with positive thinking like, I am happy. I do my work on time. I have enough time to take care of my self have no place for laziness My mind is filled with positive thoughts
2. Focusing on your goal also helps you to motivate yourself.
When you have many goals, make a list of which goal you need to give more focus on what time. Divide your time to work on your goals. Schedule your work in such a way that you have enough time to finish your work on time. Most important is you need to take rest, do not work until you’re exhausted. Take a break and do what you like.
Listen to some motivational songs or speech
3. Listen to some motivational songs or speeches. Above all, you can also record some motivational sentences and listen to them while you are out running or walking, or traveling.
4. What makes you happy to ask yourself?
Try to find out what makes you feel happy. For example, start writing your goals and reasons, after that you can tape them on your wall, computer, or bathroom mirror. It will remain throughout the day and it becomes easier to stay on track and stay focused.
Try again and again don’t fear failure because failure teaches you, not to take things for granted. When we have resources in life like money, houses, education, it’s easy to take things for granted and let the little things get to us.
6. Avoid negative talks
Avoid negative talks to yourself. Always say I can do it. I will do it. When we stop negative thoughts we clear our mind from negative energy.
7. Practice Meditation
Do meditations, it will help you to calm your mind and bring inner peace. most importantly it helps to control emotions. When your mind is in peace you love to complete your work without any problem.
